RENTAL POLICY
Free delivery is available for all orders over $100.00. Orders must be placed one week in advanced of your arrival to receive the free delivery. Last minute orders to be delivered will be charged a $20.00 processing fee.
There will be a $25.00 surcharge if rental items are not ready for pick up at 9.00 AM when our driver arrives. There will be a $20.00 cleaning fee for orders with returned equipment not cleaned…(linens and towels not included).
RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders canceled more then one week prior to delivery will allow for a full refund. Any cancellation within 7 days or less of delivery will not allow for a refund.
HURRICANE POLICY: A pro-rated in store credit will be issued to you in the event of a mandatory evacuation order. Leave all rental items within your rentals and we will make arrangements to retrieve your rental items from the property.
